제품을 받아보신 후 만족스럽지 않다면, 듀 인피니스 고객센터로 반품 신청을 해주시면 됩니다.

교환 및 환불 조건

• 제품은 미착용 상태여야 하며, 검수 과정에서 착용 흔적 없이 깨끗한 상태로 확인되어야 합니다.
• 반품 제품은 수령일 포함 7일 이내에 듀 인피니스 지정 반품센터에 도착해야 교환/환불이 가능합니다.
• 커스텀 제품은 환불이 불가합니다.

환불 처리 기간

환불 신청 제품이 듀 인피니스 지정 반품센터에 도착한 날로부터 약 10영업일 내에 검수 및 환불 절차가 완료됩니다.

검수 결과에 따라 교환/환불이 불가할 수도 있습니다.

※ 단순 변심으로 인한 교환 및 환불 시, 배송비가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Deux Infinis has a policy that allows returns within 7 days of receiving your order.  

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact Deux Infinis Customer Service immediately to request a return.

※ For exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Exchange & Refund Conditions

• The product must be unworn and in pristine condition, with no signs of wear as confirmed by our inspection team.
• The return package must arrive at the designated Deux Infinis return center within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Custom-made products are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item arrives at the Deux Infinis return center, the inspection and refund process may take up to 10 business days.

Refunds or exchanges may be denied if the item does not meet our return policy conditions.
